My wife Janet and I thoroughly enjoyed Amy's incredible knowledge on various types of seaweed, and their nutritional features. We found the beach foraging experience fascinating and interesting. Definitely recommend attending one of Amy's foraging sessions, excellent value. Must mention Amy provided a delicious lunch, with seaweed ingredients in rolls, and bread .
